Разрешение экрана
Имеется малина, монитор марки филипс с VGA выходом и переходник типа HDMI - VGA (рабочий, проверено).
Итак проблема:
При подключении по RDP всё выдает красиво. Разрешение в RDP показывает 1920х1080. При подключении через VNC выдает ошибку I'm tired после ввода пароля VNC. С меньшим разрешение по VNC выдает нормальную картинку, но естественно, с меньшим разрешением
Аналогичная сборка на другой малине и другом мониторе (LG) проблем не вызывает.

попробовал тот же способ подключения на другой малине. ситуация та же. похоже проблема именно в самой виртуальной системе. но буду признателен если ответ кроется в логах, или в неправильных конфигах

Картина маслом:
стоит фон рабочего стала в виде картинки, результат: вылет с ошибкой

Ад в логе. recv() вылетает с errno 17, т.е. EEXIST, "File exists". Ни по смыслу, ни по документации оно с такой ошибкой вылетать не может. Убери из конфигов всё, оставь только одну строку "server=vnc:192.168.2.10:5903", возьми самый хороший блок питания, подключись по езернету проводом и покажи лог с такой же ошибкой с другой малины.
Захлёбывается от большого объема данных. Надо искать, где захлёбывается, и чинить. Если по RDP видео на весь экран пустить - не упадет?

получилась та же беда, однако лог снять не могу: пропал свет буду ждать, сам попробую взять вирт машину, которая пашет и поменять переходник VGA HDMI на другой.

Всё гениальное в этой жизни - простое как гвоздь. Начал копать настройки видеокарты и включил поддержку 3D. Вуаля! всё заработало и нет вылетов. Воистину Nobody will help you, but you will have to help yourselves.

Мне это видится как прорисовка через 3D всего на свете, в том числе и рабочих столов... В любом случае проблема опять была не в WTware Спасибо!

Видимо проблема не в ней, а в мощностях видеопамяти сервера, который выделяет сервер. Вывод такой я сделал, естественно, когда проблема решилась включением 3Д и выделением видеопамяти виртуальной машине.
